I ordered a jacket from World of Troy, and the delivery part was totally fine. It showed up without any drama, which I appreciated because I’d been checking the tracking while drinking my morning coffee.
The only issue for me was the fit. I went with my usual size, but it felt a bit tight around the shoulders and the sleeves were slightly shorter than I expected. Not ridiculously bad, just enough that I noticed it when I reached for my car keys.

I can still wear it, and the jacket itself seems decent, but it wasn’t quite the fit I had in mind. If I ordered again, I’d probably size up, though I do wish the size guide had been a little clearer.

I had to follow up a few times just to get a reply, which was frustrating. They kept saying they’d get back to me or look into it, but nothing really happened unless I chased them again. When they finally did respond, the answer was short and didn’t actually solve my issue. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but the support was slow and the promises felt kind of empty.

I ordered a shirt from World of Troy i was let down when it arrived. For what I paid, I expected something that felt a bit more solid, but the fabric was thin and just didn’t feel very premium.

There were also a few loose threads in the stitching, and after one wash it already looked like I’d had it for ages. I reached out to support and they basically said something along the lines of “this can happen with normal wear and washing,” which didn’t really make me feel any better since it had only been washed once.

Maybe I just got a bad one, but I don’t think I’d order from them again. The shirt looked nice online, but in person the quality didn’t match the price for me.

I ordered from worldoftroy.com and it arrived fast, like sooner than I was expecting. The tracking was easy enough to follow and everything turned up fine, no real hassle or anything. Overall, I was happy with it and I’d probably use them again.

The site was really simple to use. I found my size quickly, and checkout went smoothly with no issues. Couldn't ask for much more.

I’d probably order from them again if I needed something similar...

I had to return something, and to be fair, the return itself was straightforward. I don’t think I was being impatient, though, the refund definitely took longer than I expected. Support did get back to me when I reached out, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. Just a little frustrating waiting around for the money to show up.
